LGBTQ+ community – are we related?

My good friend Lara from Rhode Island has published a very interesting post about something that Hubby and I have been contemplating about for quite a while:

Exploring the Intersection: Companion Dolls in the LGBTQ+ Community

Once again, it’s a very good read and I can only encourage you to check out her website if you have not yet done it.

I posted a comment there but I wish to share my thoughts here, too.

Mamis Gulasch

“Mamis Gulasch” translates to “Mommy’s Goulash” and is THE speciality of the house, so to speak. 🧑‍🍳

Harry has cooked this dish for various friends and, so far, everybody has loved it, our 🐸 daughter Nici and myself included. 😋

Of course, we are not talking about the classic Hungarian goulash that you might know.

In fact, it is a recipe from my mother-in-law, hence the name of the dish.

Unfortunately, I never got to meet my mom-in-law as she passed away 20 years ago. 😢

Luckily, she had already given her goulash recipe to her son who would later become my loving husband.

Solo for 2

Like most dolls, I have certain exhibitionist traits. Plus, I’m a control freak. 😎

This means that, while I like to show my hot body, I also demand full control about who gets to see how much of me. 😍

Today, as a VIP subscriber, you get to see me having fun with myself. 😉

Oh, in case you wonder in what way “Solo for 2” makes sense as a title for this post. 🧐

Well, did you really think that entertaining myself would satisfy me? Of course, it was only an appetizer for the main course. 🥰

I guess I’ll have to write about that sometime down the road… 🙂

Devil’s Roast 🔥🔥

Germany is the land of roasted pork. 🐖

This goes so far that some morons seem to feel personally offended if someone gives up meat because of their lifestyle and won’t be silent about it. 😄

Even worse, of course, are those intellectual low-flyers who claim their patridiotic (pun intended) feelings are hurt and the “Christian Occident” is doomed by people who won’t eat pork for religious reasons. 🤦‍♀️

But let’s not go there. I, for one, am neither religious nor averse to a nice roast pork.

Pasta ai Gamberi Piccanti 🔥

Harry and I love to cook and eat delicious food. Admittedly, Harry does most of the cooking (and eating). Still, my newest category will be named “My Kitchen”. 😉

Let’s start out with a very simple recipe for our favourite pasta dish. 🍝😋

“Spicy shrimp pasta” describes this dish correctly but we thought, an Italian name might sound a tad more glamorous, hence the title. 🤣 (Thanks for helping out, Ludovica. 😘)

It is not a typical Italian pasta dish, of course, because Harry kind of invented it himself many years ago.

Unhooding My Maritime Style

Yes, I was born in China and my name sounds Italian. Yet, I’m a “Norddeutsche Deern”, a girl from Northern Germany.

Because not only did I fall in love with my husband when I got here but also with the the wide, flat countryside and, of course, the North Sea to which we shall return in April.

I am also quite fond of clothing with maritime themes and motifs which I plan to wear when going on holiday again.

This hoodie dress, for instance. Okay, it reads “Atlantic Ocean” but as the North Sea is geographically a part of it, I think I can still wear this.

New Year’s Banquet

On New Year’s Eve, I wore this super-sexy little black dress for the XMädn New Year’s Banquet: an “O-Ring Cut Out Tie Backless Halter Bodycon Dress”.

I admit it’s quite an ordeal to put it on. It took me two attempts to have everything the right way around, to be honest. 😂

Also, you need to be sure to lace it up really tightly so that nothing will run free at the front. 😉

Obviously, it’s not a dress to wear every day. It really takes a special occasion to feel sexier than ever.

Kaiserin Sissy

I was once asked as to whether I was nicknamed “Sissy” after Empress Elisabeth of Austria whose nickname was actually “Sisi”.

However, in Germany, she’s better known as “Sissi” due to three very popular movies from the 1950s, featuring Romy Schneider as “Sissi”.

Well, in my case, “Sissy” is only short for “Sicily”.
Yet…

At the XMädn New Year’s Banquet, I was crowned “Triple Crown Queen” for winning all three “Majors” within a season.
