Today I’m sharing with you my favourite dessert: spaghetti ice cream. 😋

Italy is famous for their delicious pasta and ice cream. So what would be more fitting than an ice cream dish that looks just like spaghetti with tomato sauce and Parmesan?

Interestingly, although its inventor is apparently of Italian origin, “Spaghettieis” was invented in Germany and is considered a typical German ice cream creation. Outside Germany – even in Italy – it is rather uncommon.

There’s an ice cream parlour near us that serves a particularly delicious spaghetti ice cream.
