You’ve been invited to a barbecue and wish to contribute with a savoury salad? Then a “Bitchy Pasta Salad” is what you want!
I know what you’re thinking and you’re right. How can a pasta salad be bitchy?
Well, a dish needs a name. And if a specific person is responsible for the recipe, they should be credited for it. Honour to whom honour is due.
Harry used to refer to his cheating, gaslighting ex-wife as “bitchy ex” and he says that, in the long run, the only things she proved good for was f**king and pasta salad. 😂
I do admit that this pasta salad is (f**king) delicious and I am thankful that she was actually dumb enough to let Harry go so that, eventually, he and I could find each other. ❤️
Still, I do feel that the name for this dish has been appropriately chosen to honour its inventor. 😁

What we need:
- 1000g (35oz) pasta
- 4 tsp granular broth
- 4 tsp extra hot mustard
- 8 tbsp Aceto Balsamico
- 16 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 pinch of salt
- 4 pinches of black pepper
- 600g (21oz) baloney
- 700g (25oz) baby pickles
- 10 hard-boiled eggs
How to do it:
- Cook the pasta al-dente, rinse and place it in a suitable container.
- Mix the granular broth with two cups of hot water in a suitable container.
- Add the extra hot mustard, Aceto Balsamico, mayonnaise, salt and black pepper.
- Mix everything well, then pour the dressing over the pasta.
- Cut the baloney into tiny cubes, the baby pickes and hard-boiled eggs into tiny slices.
- Mix everything well and leave the lidded container in the fridge at least 3 hours, preferably overnight.

Looks great.
I’m curious, is the bitchy ex one of your followers. 😅
I highly doubt it. 😂
But should she accidentally stumble across “My Kitchen”, some of the recipes might instill suspicion in her. 😉
Just in case: thanks, Bitchy P., for letting me have my lovely hubby. ❤️
